Processing Time

    •    All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

    •    You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    •    Standard Shipping (US): 5-7 business days – $4.99 (Free on orders over $50).

    •    Express Shipping (US): 2-3 business days – $9.99.

    •    International Shipping: 7-21 business days – Rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions, postal strikes).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

International Shipping & Customs

    •    Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply.

    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

    •    We are not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier. However, we will assist in tracking your order and filing a claim if necessary.

    •    If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Incorrect Address

    •    Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

    •    Orders returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
